Neck Cream – Cutting Edge Science Is Finally Emerging

For consumers of beauty products, neck cream has been one of those overlooked products.  Mainly, the same old facial wrinkle creams, just claimed that their product was great to use on the neck and “V zone” of the chest.   However, there are quite a few differences between the needs of the facial area, and the needs of the neck and upper chest area.  Until now, women have been helpless, and essentially have been applying product to their necks, which simply wasn’t designed for those specific needs.   This article, points out the major differences between the facial area and the neck area, and highlights some special ingredients that a cream designed just for the neck and chest should contain.

The first major difference between the neck and the face is that the neck has much more deeply entrenched wrinkles.  Women are quite mindful of putting some sun protection on their facial areas, but more often than not, the neck and upper chest is neglected.  This causes deep wrinkles to appear on the front and back of the neck.  As a result, a wrinkle reducing cream designed specifically for the neck area MUST contain a higher concentration of deep penetrating wrinkle removers.  The goal is that this neck cream must be able to reach and heal these deep, formerly permanent wrinkles that simply aren’t treatable by a standard facial wrinkle cream.  Be sure to see if you are buying a neck cream, that the neck cream contains substantial ingredients like stem cells or matrixyl to battle those deep old neck wrinkles.

Another big difference between the neck and the face, as far as a cream’s treatment is concerned, is that the neck area suffers from much more sagging.  The term “Turkey neck” was born because so many women suffer from large folds of loose, saggy skin under their chin area.  This condition simply doesn’t exist on the face, so NO facial wrinkle cream even thought of curing this condition.  The elite neck cream on the market will contain at least one ingredient like Sesaflash, which provides a lift and tightening effect, while at the same time adding moisture.  The object of this ingredient, in relation to the neck, is to firm up that saggy, loose neck skin, and revitalize the neck with a firmer, more youthful look.   If you’re considering a neck cream purchase, be sure that the neck cream you buy contains at least one or two ingredients which act as tightening agents, as well as moisturizers.

Healing Sun Damage is a third major requirement of a neck cream, which is not necessarily needed in a facial wrinkle cream.  The worst sunspots or age spots that a woman has are often on her upper chest area.  That area which is exposed by an open collar is almost always left unprotected, and as a result is an open window into one’s age.  Dark, firmly entrenched sunspots need special attention from a neck cream ingredient that is designed to lighten them, and prevent them from making the chest area look older than it should.  Very few facial wrinkle creams have an ingredient like this, but one perfect example is Renovage.  Renovage is a key ingredient that is contained by a few very high-end creams.  It lightens spots, lessens redness, and works on wrinkles too.  So, if a product for the neck or chest contains something like this, you can feel relatively sure that it will work well on your neck area.

The key differences discussed in this article should help you identify a true neck cream from a simple facial cream, which is falsely impersonating something for the neck zone.  Locating a proper cream for treating your neck will result in much more dramatic results, and your neck will take on a much younger look.  The key is to find specific ingredients that are designed solely for this specific area, and not to use a cream that tries to take an “all in one ” approach for face, neck and eyes.   Using the right cream will make all the difference in your appearance.
