Tan Towels
Why are my lighter colored shirts and towels losing color in blotches?
All our t-shirts that are light blue, light green, tan and my towels are coming out all blotchy with color loss. The blotches or color loss areas are either yellow or whitish. I have switched laundry detergents and its still happening. I tried All and Arm & Hammer. Please help
I use liquid soap all the time for this reason. It is the powder that causes it if not fully dissolved. When using powder you should never put your clothes in until the tub fills up. Then you can use a stick or something to stir it or your arm depending on how hot the water is.
If the soap clumps on your clothing it will do this.
